The experience to fix my dishwasher was frustrating. They came, diagnosed incorrectly and had to reorder a different part to fix, which can happen but after 4 visits eventually was fixed. The tracker to see your technician’s arrival time at Sears is awful! They give you an 8-5pm time for service and when you go to see updates during the day they are not at all correct.I had one technician come at 5:40 pm after waiting around the entire day. With our current technology they can do better!

I want to give the technician 5 stars, because he was awesome. My issue was the inability to speak to a human (even via chat) when there was confusion regarding my appointment time. I received a text that the technician was on the way but site still showed a much later arrival. Aside from that all was great.

Vincent was a very good repairman,..I am upset with the communication process of getting in touch with anyone who could speak... totally automated and no one never showed up for my first appointment! Also, ridiculous price to put on a little clip to lick the washer... this lg is only .2 years old!!!!! never again !

Technician was excellent but I am very disappointed with the company. I have been trying to speak to a person and/or supervisor for 2 weeks. I have lost 3 of my Saturday’s because of a mistake one of the technicians made and I still got a later appt today. I will use Sears until my home warranty services expire and then I will look for a new provider.
