I want to give the technician 5 stars, because he was awesome. My issue was the inability to speak to a human (even via chat) when there was confusion regarding my appointment time. I received a text that the technician was on the way but site still showed a much later arrival. Aside from that all was great.

Vincent was a very good repairman,..I am upset with the communication process of getting in touch with anyone who could speak... totally automated and no one never showed up for my first appointment! Also, ridiculous price to put on a little clip to lick the washer... this lg is only .2 years old!!!!! never again !

This rating is in no way related to the efforts of the service technician. It’s for the organization as a whole. When I first started having problems, I made an appointment they rescheduled the day of without consulting me. When the issue persisted, the second service appointment went just fine. The service technician was professional and efficient but when it came time to replace the part, I waited for 10 hours because their ridiculous window is from 8 to 5 and by 6 o’clock No service technician had arrived so they rescheduled me for the next day again without consulting me and I already had an appointment for that day. So I ended up replacing the part myself, which is just ridiculous.

7 appointments for an oven! May 23th - noone showed May 27th- - tech showed- didn't diagnose issue just ordered parts- wrong parts- a steel bar. May 31st - tech showed- didn't diagnose issue properly- wrong parts ordered again- microwave parts. June 4th- tech showed- didn't diagnose issue - wrong parts.-microwave parts June 6th- tech showed- removed oven from the wall- ran test. Properly diagnosed issue. Ordered oven parts. June 13- appointment canceled by SEARS- when parts was delivered. June 16th- 2 techs came. Pulled oven out and fixed it with the proper parts. SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN 7 APPOINTMENTS to have a working oven... DO BETTER!

Technician was excellent but I am very disappointed with the company. I have been trying to speak to a person and/or supervisor for 2 weeks. I have lost 3 of my Saturday’s because of a mistake one of the technicians made and I still got a later appt today. I will use Sears until my home warranty services expire and then I will look for a new provider.

Technician has been to my home 3 times and the issue has not been resolved. Started this process since May and we are a few days from August! No resolution, just changing out parts. Each time he mark as complete and the job is never completed. Currently waiting on my 4th appointment date for a technician to come out.

I have had 8 appointments between 2 appliances. 5 were no shows. Scheduling is a serious joke. Appts were scheduled knowing they had no techs available. The techs I did have were wonderful. The warranty service is a joke. They get your money and could care less if your appointment is kept. It’s why you have to pay first. In full

He (apparently his name is Adam) never showed up. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called the company and was told the technician closed the call. He claimed the problem was no power to the freezer. Well there is power to the freezer, and if he would have read what the problem we are having with it is, he would have realized how stupid he sounded by claiming no power. My husband took a day off work to wait for this technician who never showed and claimed he did. That makes me beyond angry!
