This service now goes by A&E Factory Service. They are the only service that will work on gas stoves. Brian was the tech sent to repair the stove. He was extremely personable besides knowing his job. He ordered the part while here, got notice when the part would be delivered and scheduled a return visit to install. Highly recommended.

I had them repair my Kenmore trash compactor. Both the people that came to diagnose the problem and the tech that did the repair were excellent! The parts took about a week to arrive. Friendly yet professional.

Corey did a great job fixing and explaining the problem. I highly recommend him. The only issue is the speed on which you can make an appointment. They keep you updated on your appointment and send you plenty of reminders. they do a good job.

Keith was amazing he showed up the time that was scheduled. He fixed the problem we were having with the freezer and explained exactly why we were having this problem. Keith was very professional and friendly. I hope I get him again if we need service.
