I was beginning to have doubts about the repairmen Sears were using. Randy was the third technician sent by Sears to repair my Fridgerdar refrigerator. Randy was here when he said he would be, and then he listened to what I told him I thought was wrong. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he assessed the problem took the replacement parts and installed them very quickly, made sure everything was working properly to my satisfaction, clean up behind himself and was off to his next stop. Randy is a great asset to Sears Home Repair.
