The technician did a good job of locating and finding the issue, however our work order got closed and no work has gotten done. Our home warranty company (Cinch) keeps referring us to speak to SEARS to find out what is the delay with getting the work scheduled to be done, and SEARS keeps telling us they can’t speak to us. One SEARS agent slipped and told us that our work order was closed because the work had been done. At this point we have been dealing with the heat for a week and are completely confused as to how to get the work done to an hvac. For this reason, a process that started out well has gone completely off track and we are extremely disappointed about what we are experiencing from SEARS. The home warranty company still states that SEARS should have already done the work. I hope this low rating prompts someone to pay attention to the issue we are having and help us. Disappointed!

4 appointments 3 times they called and cancelled the day of the repair saying the technician was sick. The 4th time a technician showed up and couldn’t work on it because he was a laundry tech and not qualified to work on my refrigerator. 4 times I take a day off and 4 times I get no repair or concern about the previous problems. RUN AWAY…RUN FAST….RUN FAR use any other service company, unless you like waiting forever to get nothing done. Sorry I don’t have a Facebook account so I can’t reach you that way. How about a phone number that doesn’t connect me to the Philippines, Mexico, or anywhere but to the local office. Or be open and honest here and explain why you accept 5 appointments from LG to repair my refrigerator then cancel them the day of the appointment after making me stay home from 8am-5pm to wait for a tech.

while the Service Tech performed an excellent service, I was not happy with my initial service date being canceled 2 days prior to the service. The explanation for the cancelation was the lack of technicians. If that was true, why was the initial date set and why were an additional 16 days required to get another tech to perform the work?

Tech was on time and very professional. The price of the repair was outrageous. How can you make any money with those stupid rates. What the hell you think people are made of? Y’all stupid to think I am going to pay almost the cost of a brand new refrigerator for two parts. Seriously people want a value for their money and your service clearly isn’t. I will never use your services again.

Technician rung the doorbell and waited for 2 mins and left, did not give enough time for me to come to the door. Then I received an email of a receipt of the completion of the job but the job was never touched. Now we have a part that was mailed to us 2 days ago but not installed.

Came today, said it was repaired. As soon as he left, put some clothes in washer, and same thing! Still not fixed! Repair immediately or replace! No a satisfied customer!
