My repair men were both very efficient and nice, got the job done quickly. My only complaint is that Sears canceled my appointment the day of and rescheduled it even though the parts had been delivered to me. Very frustrating, especially during the holidays. Everything is an automated phone response so I could never get through to an actual person. I had to wait an extra week to get my oven fixed.
