Repair man, James, was wonderful. Very efficient, explained everything clearly and left everything neat and clean. My only complaint is similar to another poster. Sears canceled my original repair appointment without even notifying me. Trying to reach someone to find out what happened was ridiculous since everything is automated and impossible to actually reach out to a real person. Finally had to use live chat and they rescheduled my appointment. Very poor customer service by the system.
