Had to end up buying a new washer. It was cheaper to do so. Bought my new Frigidaire washer from Rent a Center 1 1/2 years ago. It sounded funny from day one. The whole time the gearbox and motor was messed up. Went to another appliance store in Garden City and got a Samsung washer for a good bit of money with a years warranty brand new. Best option given by Sears technician!!

My technician name Henry went above and beyond the Call of Duty just to help me out and he actually follow through with what he promised me and was very prompt and on time the first technician did a very poor job and took over an hour at my residence and still did not fix the problem Mr Henry spent way less time and my residence diagnosed the problem came back and fixed these problems the very next day morning actually I am very happy and satisfied
