They are great if you can be home all day because their appointment times mean nothing. My appointment was scheduled for 8-12 so I took off from work until 3 thinking that’s be plenty of time. I still wasn’t even close enough to the appointment by 3 to be able to communicate with an actual person.

Edit: Boosting from 2 star to 3 star. Technicians were able to make things right, and the unit is working just fine now. I am keeping the rating at 3 stars because of the phone service. Sears advertises a 90 free repair for the same problem that was fixed, but there is no way to call and have this done. I had to make a brand new appointment with a technician, and I could not notify them of the problem until they came to my house, but they were able to do the repairs for free as advertised after that. The phone system needs to be reworked so a person can be reached to fix problems like these. Technician was professional and timely, but after a week the fix to my refrigerator is not working. There is no way to contact a real person at sears to have this problem rectified since all you can call is a robot that will never take you to a representative. I need my fridge fixed, and I will update my review if sears is able to reach out and fix this problem is a fast and responsive manor.
