i would strongly advise that NO ONE use this service. Make your purchase somewhere else and use their repair programs. This has been a nightmare. Our refrigerator has been broken for over a month. Someone has been out 5 times (YES 5) and NOTHING has been done. They have charged my card for over $700 for parts that we have not received. I've been unable to speak to a person to get this resolved. They will not give you a number to speak with anyone. I am going to be reporting this, but wanted to make sure no one else makes the mistake we did by going with Sears repair. They are terrible and take money without providing service and then provide no way of reaching a person to speak with. STAY AWAY! ***UPDATE: they rescheduled our next appointment from 9/19 to today 9/26. No one has called or texted me and i called yet again the recorded line to check on the status of the appointment and it was only then they told me "good thing you called- it looks like we need to reschedule your appointment" i have been waiting here and rescheduled dr appointment so i would be here. Now well over a month without a refrigerator, Over $700 charged to my credit card, and absolutely nothing to show for it. Not even the decency to call me about my appointment that THEY AGAIN are rescheduling. What kind of company is this? i have never ever experienced anything like this. Also, i emailed the address you gave me and surprise surprise, i have not gotten a response. you have my email, and my phone number. I paid $99 dollars to Sears for nothing. The pre payment is a rip off. I was told what I already knew. I needed someone to repair the garage door. Very very poor service.

Said we needed a 600.00 replace of major part including labor. Charged us 150.00 to come out. Told we were better to buy a new dryer. Had a second opinion and turned out to be a $5.00 belt.

The “repair” occurred after four weeks. 10 minutes later, the same problem emerged. Our solution for the dishwasher repair after four weeks is to get a new one.

The technician was polite and professional but how do you put your ear to the appliance and tell me the Motor is out???? Then proceed to charge me $109 for a diagnose

I received what I consider prompt service for this area. the technician came and ordered a part for the refrigerator that he thought we needed. The repairs that the technician performed DID NOT GET THE REFRIGERATOR WORKING. We were charged a total of $600 for NOTHING. The refrigerator apparently simply had a blockage (ice) in the ducts from the freezer to the refrigerator. I unplugged the refrigerator and let it completely thaw out for 24 hours. Now it works. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding my experience with Sears and the company hired to repair the refrigerator.

Technician seemed stumped by the work involved. Also it took over 3 months to get parts. I am not happy. - Update....I have had a comment from the owner, but they have your email and contact information. Any reputable business owner would be bending over backwards to have the customer satisfied. I have had 4 major repairs in the last 2 years...only 2 went smooth with the same repair person Dwayne...and Mr. Kim......otherwise the customer service sucks....parts take months to get in and no one ever has answers.

Our technician Anthony was great! Sears however should be ashamed of themselves. They wanted to charge me $525 to repair a freezer I could buy for $599 at lowes. Who in there right mind would do that? Definitely not me! I do not recommend using this repair services.
