Our technician Roger was right on time and worked for 2 hours. He came to the conclusion that the washer could not be repaired after more than several parts were replaced. We are satisfied with that result.

Tim with what I told him was going on, found the problm in minutes. The ice make motor did not work and with in an hour a new one installed, up and running. Also the notice time to come was in the morning, so we did not have to stay around all day and wonder when service would be started.
