Tim with what I told him was going on, found the problm in minutes. The ice make motor did not work and with in an hour a new one installed, up and running. Also the notice time to come was in the morning, so we did not have to stay around all day and wonder when service would be started.

Did a great job. Was very professional and efficient. Had a very kind demeanor, and explained everything that was wrong with the dryer and made sure that we knew everything going on with it before leaving.
