Mechanic is superb about coming out. It’s just choice warranty and sears company itself that is not good with communicating. The automated system had 2 appointments scheduled in which I saw no tech. Was highly disappointed.

My technician Dave was great and he fixed the problem and definitely knew what he was doing. However, the people that answer the phone and schedule don’t have a clue about what is going on. Sad to say.
