Still doesn’t work after three repair attempts. Been without a fridge/freezer for over 3 weeks

Two times he was a NO-SHOW, Needs training, and I don't understand why we can not order parts we need without him coming out again,( and may not show up). He already has the serial number for the appliance.....

So I seem to be caught in a circular loop between your AI robots at either number I call, or the website I get directed too. Why can't I talk to a live person to discuss any issues. I contacted Sears in June this year and scheduled an appointment for an LG refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly . The guy came out, order some parts and charged $662.00. Came back the next week to install them. Told me to wait a day or 2 to see if it corrected the problem. It did not.. Tried to contact the repairman.. No response.. Called back to the repair center and the previous order was closed, but the AI robot opened a new one. You cannot actually tell the robot what has happened. The same guy showed back up. Said they messed up by not opening the previous order so they could correct the repair. He advised me the best thing to do was cancel the repair, the first repair would be refunded and to just go by a new Fridge. He took out the parts back with him. Several weeks later there is no refund, and I'm out $1,700 on the new fridge. So plus the $662 this fridge repair cost me $2,362. There is no way to contact a live person. I just want my money back from a failed repair to offset the cost of the new refrigerator. Whom do I call or contact???

Wouldn't recommend Sear's Protection to my worst enemy.From May 15,2025 till August 22,2025 and still have not fixed my wall oven , just the run around saying tech will be out next month. Since May all dates to repair or replace oven appointments were mostly cancelled and get the BS were escalating this matter .Sick of their poor Excuse an cancelled my warranty. Also be aware that after your warranty is up these people will still charge your credit card or bank account till you cancel and they charge you $25 for cancelling. Sears will never get business from me ever.

I would say that the tech that came to my house had no clue what He was doing. Even tho he was professional he might have took me for a fool. Prior to calling I took out the dishwasher myself and used the multimeter to see if there were any issues with components and I couldn’t find anything. He also couldn’t find anything but there was something wrong with the dishwasher and I told him to go back and figure it out because I wouldn’t call the “expert” if there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher. He then called me back and said that it was the motherboard and he was trying to charge me 600+ and sell me on the warranty. I believe it could have been just one of those “well lets tell him to replace the most expensive component” deals because he called within minutes after I told him to go back and diagnose the dishwasher properly. I don’t even know if he even took the dishwasher out to see if there were problems under the dishwasher with the pumps. It was a complete waste of 130$ for him to come out. Would not recommend if they aren’t even going to give it a proper diagnosis.

No telling when tech will show up at your house

Very poor service, I scheduled an appointment and they gave me a 8-5 window and the repairman calls me at 5:10 telling me he will be at my house in an hour r u serious about me giving you a rating

If I could give zero Stars I would. The technician never showed up. I gave him instructions when they texted me this morning to contact me, Dean Berman, from the directory. He contacted somebody else, Tabitha Berman, who is not able to do that. I tried texting them back and forth multiple times giving them instructions again, zero response. I messaged the Sears text number back, no response. I called the phone number that I had for Sears, got an AI agent, wasn't able to help fix the situation. I called a representative phone number, they said that they closed the work order and I had to contact my home warranty to get it rescheduled. I am absolutely livid with the way this situation was handled. Very unhappy, very unprofessional, and the fact that the technician wasn't able to respond back or didn't at all, absolutely unacceptable. Will be filing a complaint.

2 1/2 months to fix furnace. Appointments spread out over 1-4 weeks. Loyal customer for 15 years. Outlet refund not handled quickly. It seems you all don’t care about the customers.
