Do not use this company in the Lowcountry! I believe Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah all share the same technicians. First, I had a very unprofessional technician come to fix our fridge. He complained about the company the entire time and told me how much he made, how poorly they treated employees, etc. He had to return a couple weeks later with the part. Waited all day on a Saturday for the company to call at 2pm saying he was no longer available. Fine. He came back a few days later with the same attitude. He also said "don't call me again. I quit." so clearly had no investment in fixing our fridge or caring about his quality of work. Our fridge is acting the exact same and not fixed. We worked with customer service to get another person out here for free (thankfully). Today was the day of service scheduled from 8am-5pm. I called at 11am to see if they had any more of a narrowed time frame. Instead, customer service said “looks like the technician is not available” ALSO “there is no available time in the future for a technician right now”. I cancelled the entire service and hope to get a $500 refund for the previous, unhelpful visits.

Was woken at 725am by app saying Tech was on his way and we were second stop at with Tech arriving at 8:09. Tech called at 8:30 am and told me we were his last stop of the day and didn’t arrive till 5:22 pm. We were told up front that we had to be home from 8am to 5 pm. I took a day off of work to make sure i was home. Extremely poor customer service to insist on a 8 hour window and then not make it in time.

Went to drop off vacuum cleaner at the address listed on their website, but the store was nowhere to be found. Called the local number, and after being transferred 3x was finally told all Sears repair shops were closed, and they only repair large appliances now through online appointments.
