They had a cancellation and asked if I wanted them to come (8 days early!) and he figured out the problem in like 10 minutes AND had the new part in his truck already.

Very nice guy, had to come back to service my refrigerator because he need additional hands. It took a couple of times for them to come to my house but I am pleased.
