Lawrence is the best technician. He has come to our house several times. Our refrigerator has been out since 8/2/24. We have an extended warranty and I’ve only gotten the run around from SEARS but not Lawrence. He is professional and cares about our situation. Our refrigerator still does not work due to Sears products only. Lawrence is a 5 star employee. Sears is no help at all. Lawrence is the technician who cares and do the right thing; help us and honor his service.

They had a cancellation and asked if I wanted them to come (8 days early!) and he figured out the problem in like 10 minutes AND had the new part in his truck already.
