The man who came today did a good job, but it was a long time coming. We put in the request on December 30. On January 20 someone came to diagnose the problem and order a part. For the next two months we had service dates scheduled and cancelled by Sears. Finally today, March 31, he arrived and did the work.

It was very thorough on his inspection of my system. He explained clearly why it wasn’t working and how it wasn’t the AC problem. He just didn’t give me no reference on who would be able to fix my problem.

My machine is not fixed yet, I've been waiting sense December 2024 it's still not working, until it's working I can't give anyone a star. I'm waiting for someone to come today for service. I have no issues with the technician who arrive to service my samsung washer. He was great (Nico)! My issue is the part that was ordered, from Amazon no less, I was charged $164. However, that part, which I looked up on Amazon, was only $12.99!. That is $151 less then what I was actually charged! I understand markup BUT, $164 for a $12.99 part is highway robbery and is really taking advantage of people!
