No showed two business days in a row and on the second day closed the order without showing up so I couldn’t even reschedule. Can’t speak to a person because everything is AI.

I already knew what was wrong with my washer. They sent someone out who did what i did and he told me what I already knew and charged me $129. I wanted someone to come out a check my washer and diagnose the problem not google it.

The repair guy was great but there is no way to talk with anyone at Sears Appliance, if you call their number the send you a text directing you back to the website that doesn't have chat capability. Luckily the repair guy has given me his personal number but he is still at the mercy of the company scheduling him to come back to fix my AC unit. Again repair guy was great and very helpful but this company has the worst customer experience.

The technician that came out was a nice person. Seemed to fix the problem. Now two days later the problem has come back. I call to reschedule the technician to come back and there are no people to talk to only an AI generated system. They can’t come back out for another two weeks after waiting two weeks for the unit to be looked at originally. I can’t get a refund over the phone, can’t get a return trip, can’t get an actual person on the phone. On top of all of that the window they give you is literally eight hours. If you can’t schedule for two weeks out and can’t be more specific than an eight hour window maybe you don’t have enough technicians to have a business. Just call someone else. Sears doesn’t want to be in business anymore by the way they operate.

The technician was kind and knows his stuff. However, I cannot reach him to get the support as my mower still doesn't run properly. The Sears system is awful. I tried to call and get support and all I get is an AI assistant who says there is no record of my repair.

We called in reference to a dishwasher repair. The company got us scheduled quickly but we had to wait almost all day to get an updated arrival time. There was very little information provided on the appointment. The gentleman who came out was very nice and timely but the information he provided to us was incorrect. He advised that there was a ground wire issue and that the dishwasher was no longer useable. He didn’t give us any info in regards to what to do next. Basically, it was get a new dishwasher. We paid $130 for him to be there 5 minutes and tell us there was nothing they could do. We then had to call an electrician who fixed the problem and the dishwasher was still usable. We had to pay them on top of everything else. We basically paid for them to do absolutely nothing. If we would have replaced the dishwasher, we would have had the exact same problem and spent even more money.
