Called to get a service call on a washing machine. Gave them all the information error codes, model numbers, etc. Tech was scheduled to show up on Friday. Friday I got a message half way through the day stating it was being rescheduled due to weather. This was understandable due to some storms coming through the area. I took another day off work for the new appointment on the following Monday. Showed the tech to arrive at 1:30. Around this arrival time I look and it has now shifted to a 2:30 arrival, but showed I was next. At 6:30 it updated again to show arrival of 6:34. Then I get a text that states its been rescheduled yet again for Wednesday now. When you call to talk to someone you get some AI virtual assistant that tells you absolutely nothing. I am so disappointed I really thought this was a good company. But if they can not plan or communicate with your customers I don't see how they can run a effective business and it show!!

Their customer service is pathetic. We were scheduled to have a dryer repair done originally on 12/30/24 which they rescheduled to 12/26/24. They stated parts would be ordered but they never ordered the parts and dispatched a technician on 12/26/24 who couldn’t do a thing because the parts never got ordered. The technician ordered the parts which were delivered on 12/29/24. The technician said to call when the parts arrived and another technician would be sent out the next day to perform the repair. We tried to contact them but they automatically rescheduled the appointment for today, 1/9/25. My wife was home all day and nobody showed up and then they had the audacity to reschedule the appointment to 1/20/25. We initiated this repair request on 12/20/24. Waiting a month to get a dryer repair when the parts are here is completely unacceptable. When you try to call to talk to a human, you can’t even get one on the phone.

He took one of the parts I have purchased back to Sears saying it would not be necessary to install. He said I would receive the reimbursement and it never happened and in my conversations with Sears, it seems I will never see my money back. Don’t trust Sears services. I am contacting BBB.

Try calling the number and you will find it’s an over seas call center and you will never reach anyone in the US no matter what. The call center is unable to do anything except gather messages.

They fixed my circuit board but left a rubber flap hanging out of the bottom of my dishwasher. Also the dishwasher is now crooked!

Sears sucks we have had the worst experience with them they ate very rude and do not know what they are doing the last person could have set our house on fire which is worth a lot of money we will be declining with the better business bureau this has been the worst experience we have ever had and I am not through with you watch out you really did a number to us

If I could put zero stars I would. This is the most pathetic business I ever witnessed. Our washer has been broken for A MONTH!! Someone came to look at it and they had to order a part. They made us pay them upfront for fixing it. 3 weeks later and they still haven’t come to fix it. The technician stood us up twice, and came the third time but they needed 2 technicians to complete the job so he left, promising he would come back the next day. Guess what? He didn’t show. It is absurd, we’ve paid $400 for a service we have not received. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau.
