Could someone please contact me? Our unit is still not working and our claim was denied due to incorrect wiring by Sears Services. Happy to update the review once it is resolved. Tried to call but cannot get a person. Ishmael was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very communicative and explained things well.

Absolutely pathetic operation. Didn't show up yesterday, not showing up today after making and appointments. Called AHS and they'll come out Monday (if I'm lucky?). Try calling at get an estimated 59 min wait time. I wasted a vacation day on these people.

They came out and had zero experience with my refrigerator as well as not having the necessary parts for the repair. Had to reschedule after they demanded full payment up front. When the rescheduled date came, they forgot to order the parts and never rescheduled causing me call them for an appointment. When I called, they said they needed a full month to come out and fix the appliance which should have been fixed two months prior. They are worthless and zero quality control as well customer service.

After being home ALL day my first scheduled appointment arrived after 6pm After being at home ALL day my second scheduled appointment did not call or show up. You only get a recording to talk to. That does not allow you to ask questions or voice your complaint.

Never recommend Sears home protection to any one been 5 months just to get home address fixed in the system and after more than 20 calls at least nothing happened!!!
