Don’t use this company. I scheduled them to come on 6/27, took a day off of work so that I could meet the repair person at the house. Not only did they not show up, there was zero communication all day. If you want to get a hold of someone on the phone, good luck! All of their phone numbers lead to an automated service with zero option to talk to a human. The window they were supposed to come in had well passed and I finally get an AI text message asking to reschedule. No apology, nothing. Do not use.

The technician called me on-site to request a service call payment and said he would send a payment link—but I never received it. Then, I got a text saying the appointment was canceled due to non-payment and that I would need to reschedule. I texted him six times to explain I hadn’t received the link and called twice—no response. He finally answered when I called from a different number. At that point, he said there was nothing he could do and apologized that the system didn’t work. Very frustrating experience. *Update* - called the 1-800 number provided in the response from Sears Appliance Repair several times (three or four), however, because the service was cancelled by the technician, the automated system could not help me and referred me to the website. Once on the website, it likewise did the same. Unfortunately, there is no way yo speak to a live agent to get this rescheduled. More frustration. It seems as if the drive to automate as much as possible has created a barrier to customer communication. That is a bad business model.

Do not trust this provider. After I decided to cancel my repair order, 10 minutes after the parts were “ordered” I was told I cannot cancel a parts order. I called 2 times and nobody could help me. All calls directed to the Philipines and their call center people have zero power . They said I had to wait to receive parts before I could cancel and request a refund. This was 10 minutes after placing the order. The parts showed “ordered” and not shipped but they said there was no way to cancel them. Horrible company. Do not trust.

Watch out for this company. They sent a technician that showed up not happy to be here and then proceeded to service my A/C. After he left my A/C got worse. He tried to replace a part that costed over $400. My home warranty wouldn’t cover it. I had to hire another company to come look at my A/C and they found out that Sears Home Services technician over serviced my unit. So it sounds like they try to scam home warranty companies to get more money. When I called Sears to have them reimburse me to have there mistake fixed they told me they wouldn’t reimburse me. So watch out for this company. They are a scam.

Had an appointment for July 28. One of many dice Feb 24, 2025. Nico, the tech ha tried 4 times to get. Control panel for the range for months but to no avail. Finally, he just reported that he had finished the today, July 28, 2025. However, he was never here. But he didn’t mind sending in a receipt for work completed on July 28, even though he was never here. Nice. Good on Sears. Shows you what they have become.
