Not sure how I can rate. Have not seen anyone in person since 7/15 with cancelled appointments on 7/31, 8/5, 8/12 and 8/16. PS, dishwasher still leaking and cannot be used. Issue has been unresolved since 5/20/24. I will say that the techs have been very polite when they have come. However, there appears to be a problem with the process.

If you have another option go with it. When you schedule an appointment they give you an 8-5 time frame. There’s no notice before they come. Your stuck not able to do anything else you have house chores. We had a tech come out. He was nice and professional. Ordered our parts that took a week to come in. We set the next appointment 4 days after when parts were set to arrive due to our schedules. We called every hour all day on our appointment date. We were told they were having issues with their appointment system but we were scheduled for that day .At 5 pm when we called to say where is our tech and were told we never verified that our parts were received. 1. We were never told we needed too 2. We never received any kind of confirmation or instinct saying we needed to 3. We had been calling all day since 8 am they should have known parts arrived and 4. My husband that stayed up all day waiting while on night shift for work was up for nothing. They made us reschedule for the following week. 3 weeks no dryer. That was 2 days ago. We called and finally got through with someone after still not receiving the next appointment confirmation who assured that our appointment was set and said they would resend confirmation. No confirmation still. We call and chat automated number because we cannot reach a human and we are sent an expired link (multiple times) and a auto voice stating our appointment was in the past to update information on the link that doesn’t work that was provided.nightmare of a company. Update: they tell you to reach out to the info provided from complaint this is just for show. You will not get help that way either. We finally demanded a refund and were told we had to email for a refund request which no-one reaches out but says online can take up to 30 days. Reported to better business bureau. My husband had left a bad review as well and they hid the review. No one can see it.
