The technician Steve was very good, explained everything about the parts showed me the problem ,replaced the parts .He should be 5 star technician,if not already. He was very polite & explained the problem very well. Thank u kindly .Well appreciated Mr. Steve .

Our technician was very polite and attentive to our problem. We honest didn’t remember when we purchased an our refrigerator but our tech quickly found out our purchase date and that everything including parts and Labor was covered.
