Our technician was super nice but not even 24 hours after fixing our washer. It started giving us the same issues again and it was way too expensive due to the fact that we paid for four new Springs and only got two and the two new springs were not even used we had to take them from our other non-usable washer so we basically paid for a new Springs to get cheap out as well as for nothing. Way too expensive wish we got a refund

While it took three attempts to get Samsung out here to fix our refrigerator, (and talking to an actual person is impossible) once Randy got here, he replaced the ice maker in short order.

The whole thing seemed like a scam. I could make a business and charge people 130. Look at a few things then say yup will cost 900 to fix. Might as well just get a new one (or 2). Then I wouldn't have to do anything and could sell more dishwashers. Plus a got bombarded with text messages. Only positive, guy showed up one time.

He arrived early and was very courteous and professional. But, I did not realize until he left what had happened to my stove. I needed a repair done to my right back burner. The part was sent to my house. I cannot say if he just switched the working right front burner with the broken right back one or not. When the technician left the right back burner was working but the right front was not. Now I have to have another technician come back to repair something else. Also, the back panel of the stove was not reinstalled correctly.

Rescinding my previous rating... appliance is not repaired. Tech visit/diagnostic on Tuesday 1/6/2026. Part received Wednesday. Installed on 1/8/2026. New unit not working. YOU CANNOT CALL ANYONE. The call lines all AI driven.
