Kim was very professional got the work done in a timely fashion arrived on time and was able to solve my problem. I gave him five stars because he covered all the bases. At the end of the survey, you’re asking me questions about how much I paid. I have American home shield so I don’t know.

Marcus, introduced himself, asked me what the dryer was doing, went back to get his tools, we chatted a bit and 30 minutes later, I was back to drying clothes. Highly recommended and so appreciative.

Mr. Kim was curious and professional. This has been a nightmare. The wrong part has been sent 3 times. AI RESPONDING to my issue has been the same ... nothing. They don't understand and their it no contact with a live person. I am requesting my dryer to be repaired. I have been experiencing this since January .
