He was well knowledgeable and understood that the item had a defect, well I thought the issue was going to get fix but now I have a second repair guy who never saw the device and I'm stuck with a month away third appointment...Ughhhh

Courteous, knowledgeable,professional Thorough,respectful I want a technician like Stephen every time. He took his time through roughly 9 cycles and took the time to explain to me and the guest living in the home the best way to operate the unit and the not to do’s with a light duty all in one washer and dryer.
