Courteous, knowledgeable,professional Thorough,respectful I want a technician like Stephen every time. He took his time through roughly 9 cycles and took the time to explain to me and the guest living in the home the best way to operate the unit and the not to do’s with a light duty all in one washer and dryer. Our technician was very polite and attentive to our problem. We honest didn’t remember when we purchased an our refrigerator but our tech quickly found out our purchase date and that everything including parts and Labor was covered.
