I was so happy to get my mower fixed after waiting 2 MONTHS!!!!! I have never had any problems with the actual repairmen. My problem is with Sears and their lack of customer service and efficiency!!

My technician worked hard to get my washer fixed. After ordering parts he returned 4 times and the 4th time he had to replace everything and rebuild my machine all by himself and did a great job. I can finally use my washer again.
