He arrived early and was very courteous and professional. But, I did not realize until he left what had happened to my stove. I needed a repair done to my right back burner. The part was sent to my house. I cannot say if he just switched the working right front burner with the broken right back one or not. When the technician left the right back burner was working but the right front was not. Now I have to have another technician come back to repair something else. Also, the back panel of the stove was not reinstalled correctly.

Rescinding my previous rating... appliance is not repaired. Tech visit/diagnostic on Tuesday 1/6/2026. Part received Wednesday. Installed on 1/8/2026. New unit not working. YOU CANNOT CALL ANYONE. The call lines all AI driven.

The Tech Harvey P. never even showed up, and then sent me this survey. I do not recommend! A horrible experience from booking the appointment until this disappointing end. They canceled the first appointment without even calling.

Horrible customer service. Like the worse. I’ve made 5 different appointments (and still counting) for service dates and all they keep doing is rescheduling. You can’t talk to any type of higher up, supervisors, nothing. Garbage. Advice to any future customer. DONT DO IT!!! Run, Run, Run. You will be disappointed 💯

Although I got an appointment the next day, they charged me almost $300 for a half hour for labor, put in the wrong part so it still doesn’t work and told me it would be 11 days before they could come back to fix it!
