Andrew was able to properly diagnose the problem with my unit and got it working on the same day. After a month of going without AC I was so relieved to know that Andrew was able to fix it. With proper communication with the first tech that came out Andrew was able to use his skills to make me a satisfied customer.

Messages Great Service Requested Quality Value Randy was and IS EXCELLENT in his computer knowledge of the boards that had to coordinate inorder to operate, which did not.
