This company is terrible at providing you information as to when a technician will be here. All you get is an automated service saying that they’ll be there between 8 AM and 5 PM. You don’t know who your technician is or exactly when they’ll come in. It’s a little ridiculous to have an eight hour window, and you cannot get a hold of any live representative .

Carlos the repairman was very disrespectful. He called me and told me he was 10 minutes away and what’s wrong with the dishwasher I told him they should tell him what is wrong and it’s on the work order before they send him. He was pulling the dishwasher out without turning the water off. Using his car key on the part I asked him if he got tools he said it is too much time to go look for it in his truck. After playing with the latch he told me the latch is the problem. I told him I know and he told me “I know the problem why don’t I fix it myself “ I said that is why I pay sears for.
