The concept is great. My repair tech, Lawrence, was very knowledgeable and quick. I'd give him 5 stars. The Sears service scheduling is horrible. Nothing gets scheduled sooner than 3 weeks out. I'd give it 0.01 stars.

Terrible Service! Waited all day on a Friday for a repair and they didn't show up. They rescheduled me at 6:00 pm for the following Monday. Called several times, never spoke to anyone - just an automated service. Will never use them again!
