I received one phone call earlier today saying that the service was scheduled for today, and it has already been billed. I have not received any return call in spite of my request. It is almost 5pm so I am assuming that the service will be provided tomorrow. A phone call would be very reassuring. Waiting for hours with no response is frustrating.

Worst experience as got rescheduled for initial appointment 6 times. Part was sent and arrived but got a email saying they were needing to reschedule since part was not in. Took 3 calls to confirm they were coming on date scheduled. Last Repair man was late. Had to call for update 3 times if he was actually going to arrive . He wouldn’t move washer away from wall so I had to do it. Water came out and got wall and floor wet as he wasn’t sure how to verify if water was shut off to appliance.

UPDATE: SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR NEVER RESOLVED THIS. Owner NEVER reached out to me again; I guess Facebook users are the only customers he treats responsibly. My floor hasn't been repaired and I had to buy a new refrigerator to replace the one he couldn't ever repair correctly. DON'T USE SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR unless you want to waste your time and your money. To Sears: Thanks for responding but I'm not on Facebook. I called the last number given to me. That 43 min. did not go well, especially when I was told I could cancel my contract and receive a prorated refund after paying the $150 cancellation fee. Please email me so we can resolve this privately. UPDATE ON SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR: SCAM!! I give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! Sears sent me a phone number to call to reach a resolution. I was transferred to other people/departments *9* times. Each person claimed it was the wrong department. No surprise, nothing was resolved. After wasting 45 minutes, I was too frustrated to stay on the phone so I was given another number to call. AND I STILL CAN'T CANCEL MY POLICY until this is resolved. **Don't sign up for this TOTAL SCAM!!!**
