Technician Moises is the best employee you have in Puerto Rico. He is a respectful person with great empathy. However, your customer service area leaves much to be desired. The service representatives lack empathy and are sometimes rude. When I purchased the 5-year extended warranty, I thought I would never need to use it. This is already the fourth time someone has come for the same issue, and you have been unable to find a solution that lasts more than 3 to 6 months. It's a shame that the service quality has declined so much. I do not recommend you.
