We are very happy with the service we recently received. We are just not satisfied with our refrigerator. We have had numerous repair work done on the appliance and within the last year we have had service on our refrigerator more than 6 times. Thank goodness for the extended warranty we purchased. But for the cost Sears has spent for all the repairs (mainly ice maker and refrigerant), it would have been cheaper under the lemon law to give us a new similar appliance.
