I never had my dishwasher repair on March as your email indicates. It has been out of order since January 2016 and to this date I am still waiting for Sears to act and replace it.

Twice the service was done in the refrigerator's ice maker. Still doesn't work. In addition, the work done for the water filter didn't work either. Very frustrating and extremely poor service. Repairman even forgot to turn the water line on when leaving. His explanation when we called: I'll take a while for the water to come. Just wait! What a joke!

Still after five months the fridge doesn't work. Lousy and bureaucratic procedures. The worst. The hassle that you go through to have something fixed is not worth what you pay month after month.

Bought an extended warranty program and after 1 year my refrigerator has a crack in the interior liner that they say is not covered. The solution... put some glue paste over to try to avoid the crack to grow or, here comes the best, buy a new refrigerator. It made me laugh....corrosion is not covered neither. The water stream of the door dispense is irregular but there's nothing they can do about it.... Well not one of my issues was taken care property. So so sad. Will not buy extended warranty again.

The absolute worst.. , The technician read his phone for 20 minutes, never inspected my fridge, then said it would be $1,000 to repair. When in fact it only required a $20 part.. I don't often write reviews, but this was a special level of inept.. Also, he forged my signature on the documents.

Too expensive. My Kenmore dishwasher won,t complete cleaning cycles. Bought it in sept 2016. Repair quote was $873.90. Decided to get a second opinion. It seems Sears wants you to throw appliance away and buy a new one. Still had to pay 99.00 for useless service. Will not call again. :(
