Nelson is a good technician. The problem is when you make the appointment with customer service in Pakistan/India or some other far away place they don’t know the schedule and amount of service calls technicians have and the promised time of appointment is not kept! Technician keep sending messages delaying the arrival and as in our case we waited till end of day(appt. was 8-12AM) only to have the appointment rescheduled for two days later!! Wasted an entire day!! Not good coordination or customer service!!!
