After waiting for 2 weeks to repair my refrigerarator,I almost called DACO to see It some one help me. I never a got this problem with you guy but what can I do, something happen nobody is perfect. But you guys supposed to be contact with me a that problems. But thanks anyway, everything it done.

Technician could not repair freezer because he had no parts with him. Still not functioning since March, Sears paying for a rental unit since April 8. Sears refuses to replace unit. No fault of the Sears technicians.

Very inresponsables waiting a month for a warranty repair. Not the same no more .think twice before you get a appliances at Sears. With warranty and protection plan still have problems with them.

Technitian came in a bad mood/ qLamenting to God and St. Thomas (Aloud) about the bad road to my house! He Determined that the water was not getting to the refrigerator because the tube from the wall is clogged. Suggested we get a plumbers. He then proceeded to clean the filter to the condenser, but failed to tell us of any additional charges before starting to clean the condenser. For this he charged over $282. He also did not clean after himself! My husband swept up the dirt and the water.

When tech got here looked at fridge and said it was no good the motor was working but line was leaking and was better off getting a new one, he left I bought a new one then called another tech and was told that it was fixable except that the tech that came cut the line to the motor and left it cut and the motor got humidity in the motor and since it was plugged in burnt the motor witch is still on warranty, in other words now it will cost me more to fix, I hope he will take more time to diagnose a problem next time instead of jumping to conclusions, the new tech said it would’ve cost 320$ and the problem would’ve been fixed, now it’s a new motor plus 320$

The technician checked the refrigerator and installed a relay. We told him that, apparently , the freezer door’s gasket was no seslung well because there was ice formed in the upper part of the freezer, affecting the door to close correctly. Without further review, the technician said that the gaskets for this refrigerator are no longer available. Then, what option do we have? ????
