I always count on Sears Repairs to handle my equipment . This time they came next day I called and the gentlemen was very educated and polite, he resolved the issues very quickly and had the parts needed to repair my fridge in the same visit. My fridge was fixed in no time. He also explain the solution to the problem and how to avoid it in the future. Cons. If you have no guarantee is very expensive.

Good Service but to make an appointment they do not make time appointment it's from 8:00am to 5:00p.m. . I made the first appointment then at 4:00p.m. they canceled my appointment. I day wasted.
