Great Service
The technician was polite and quick. My only complaint is SEARS not being able to provide a more exact time for the appointment. It was very inconvenient to have to stay home all day because the appointment window was 8 hours.

Tech came when he was ordered and did his job, he is very professional and easy going person. Did what he could but frig still did not work and in this heat I lost everything that was inside the frig, Got so frustrated that I went and purchased a new frig. You cannot have 1 tech covering 25% of the island, It is not good for the customer and is worst for the tech that has to hear the complaints from anger customers.

He doesn't seem to have much knowledge about fixing refrigerators. And his attitude isn't the best. In addition, my appointment had to be change three times because after waiting for him all day, he didn't show up.
