The technician took care of the service requested. He needs to improve his service details. I had to guide him in something like, deep clean…vacuum…the range inside burners like the last person had done in the past. Also, he did not bring the gas detector took. But overall he did the job.

The Refigerator and Freezer stopped working.

The refrigerator and freezer stopped working. All the food was thrown in the garbage because it defrosted. The refrigerator and freezer are hot, never got cold. The situation has become more complicated
