The Repairman Luis was very knowledgeable and professional, good interaction with the family, and upon completion he helped us with the credit card processing. Yes, Luis is the guy who comes to repair the washer, but does a lot more, he upholds the good name of Sears. Let me just give a little credit to the HR person who had the foresight to see in Luis what we saw today, a good human.
