The malfunctioning is corrected (now it does cool properly) but it started making an awful vibration sound it never made before.

not satisfied with ultimate diagnosis. after mentioning a whole bunch of faults, he summed it up to being a solenoid leaking. seems more like a rip off

The repair did not fixed the problem on my treadmill. The worst is that, even though by phone Sears Customer service acknowledges that there is a repair warranty of 90 days, the local service department do not want to honor that repair warranty policy.
