The repair man that went to my house, told me that my water hater he could not repair. Story short, That sear was going to exchange it. I have been twice in the store for more then 3 hour. And it has been unsucessful. Please help me. I have the protection agreement, and its very expensive. I'm not should, if I,m going to renew.

Awful Service...they changed the compressor and it didn't work, then they put another piece on it because the gas ran out and it didn't work either, I have a warranty contract and since there are not 4 repairs, the equipment cannot be replaced. two weeks without fridge. the appointments are one week

Customer service and technical service has been very bad. They have not been able to repair my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator since December 5, 2019. The last repair was on Saturday 01-18-2020. Now the refrigerator has a DH alarm since the last repair and the electrical panel is turned off. We want a new equipment. This equipment only have one year.

On July 21, I received the visit from Sears Technician. The technician only turn on the washer and saw the code LE ( same code that I reported as the problem). He did not dismantle the washer and did any check on it. He told me that the motor is damaged and it cost $700, he suggested me to buy a new washer...my washer was purchased three years ago... I ask him about the sensor of the motor and he told me that the motor is only one piece... That was the service provided, in my opinion he stole my money.... Then, I went to a Sears Store and ask for the sensor of the motor of my washer, only cost $24, I changed the old sensor for the new one and now my machine is working!! Thans for nothing...

They charged me $396.00 for 15 min of work. The guy just cleaned something inside of the freezer and put it back together again. This is just criminal. The technician was so ashamed but he could do nothing about it. I bought the refrigerator on February of 2022, in Costco for $700. Sears said I had to pay for the visit and the service. Do yourself a favor and look for a independent technician, Sears service is just to high of a price.
