I was taxed twice Instead of being charged and taxed for one job I was taxed twice. That is illegal to do. Five star goes to the tech.

The service technician was very nice but the charges were extremely expensive. I was charged for a diagnosis which amounted to 129 and then for the actual work it only amounted to him aligning the washer because it was crooked that cost me $70 just for that. So in the long run I was overcharged. Five star for technician who came and zero star for the alleged work that was done.
