Good but apparently wrong protection plan in the system couldnt resolved.

On previous services technicians did a thorough verification: taking the fridge out verifying back and under. Also wiped the outside. He only verified under , vacuum cleaned and did some adjustments. Twenty minutes service. I felt ripped off.

Very bad the issue continues. I lost one day of work for nothing. I had to request another service which means another day of work lost. 😡

The ice maker is still not working
He was nice but said the ice maker was ok when he pushed a button but he didn't fix the problem. Still no ice produced by the ice maker.

Did not fix the problem
The rep came said the problem was the water tubing and proceeded to replace it at an absorbitant cost to no avail. The fridge still leaking water as before. Expect a recall visit.

Problem persists
