Todo bien. Nunca se supo la razón por la que se dañó el microondas pero ellos reemplazaron todas las posibles piezas que tenían que ver con el problema y se arregló.

Technician do his work, but the equipment is not working correctly. We don't have freezer since August.. We are expecting a check for the lost food.. had not arrived.. I don't know what else to change to make it work again..

The technician fixed the problem that the dryer originally had that was not drying and installed the new part and it was resolved. But the Technician while working on the dryer removed the cover from the panel, it has some clips that keep it in place, the technician while working on it broke two clips and there is only one clip holding the panel and now the panel is unstable and loose Since it is holding on to a single clip, if the last clip breaks, the entire Front panel of the machine will fall off.

They never explained that the unit need to be unmount and on top there are more issues. Noticed that the technutioan hand shake so much it was very hard to screw or do simple task

I had a broken side pole. because it needs extention. But due to electrical problems side bar got stuck and completly cracked in the middle. Tech said he do not touch that part, so i understood. So he could not do to much because after he left i had to change the side bar, so it is back in the same place as before.
