Technician Gabriel was very professional, contacting me early and arriving promptly. He identified the problem and made the repair quickly. I do however feel that refrigerator repairs should be prioritized; a customer with a broken washer or dryer can use alternative methods to meet their needs but those with a broken refrigerator cannot. I had to wait two weeks for service and lost money due to spoilage of food that could not be kept in a cooler with ice.
