Joshua was a class act. Today he instructed me how to alleviate a problem with my LG washer, took the time to listen, showed me so it would be easy to do, is very knowledgeable, polite and I highly recommend him!

Very nice and professional. But it would be nice if he would text before he comes – to give us some kind of advance notice. But I do like him coming early morning.
